Tridon United had some bad glitches in the morning before the tournie. One of the transport, half the players took got lost, one of my player down with stomach upset, etc. Well, we almost didnt make it for registration.. The worst part of all after looking at the game fixture, Tridon United Team A is the first team to compete, followed by Tridon United Team B..both in pitch 4.. GOSH!! No time for warm-ups and briefings.. The Warriors went in unprepared.. Both team lost during the first 2 games.. thats when I said.. Damn.. and both the coach and myself decided to change tactics.. as our strikers were badly marked.. Told the Warriors that I want to see 'surprises' in the next 2 games "I WANT U TO SURPRISE EVERYBODY".. At that moment it was kinda dramatic as I was briefing the players..dark thunderstorm clouds started to gather above FICO.. hmmm.. Heard our team name over the speakers.. its our turn again..Its time to go for another WAR.. And YES!!! They did came back with a Vengeance.. Tridons suddenly resurrected from the DEAD.. Team A's comeback was superbly unbelievable, although they didnt win the game, they surprised the spectators and fellows opponent with adrenalin touch of challenges after challenges.. And when Apek (Tridon's striker for Team A) scored a goal.. He pointed to me and shouted, "One for the boss !!! That is for u Kak SQ !" .. all of us there we having so much fun as the Tridonians attacked and attacked.. Team B's comeback was deadly. Team B won the game 3-2. Both teams continue to soar and fly with thunder and lighting as their backdrop behind them while they strived. From the hottest weather on a Sunday morn, it has turned into Thunderstorm with lighting flashing across.. The more its pouring, the more Tridon giving every moment of adrenalin pumping and excitement to the spectators and opponents.. Tridon B won 6-1 in that game.. after the tabulation.. we r shot of 3 points to qualify to the QuarterFinals...But I was extremely happy with the Boys.. they did gave me the 'SURPRISE' that I want.. and that is the best birthday gift ever.. The last moments of Triumph is the best moment.. Winning a medal is juz a bonus, but to make a comeback with a deadly impact..That is a WINNER!! Thanks to all my warriors.. Strive and Soar.. As One, Tridon Fear None.
